What's more- WE DELIVER.

When it comes to training, many clients have difficulty deciding where to start. That's where our experience makes the difference.
Our unique formula of Course Design comes from our ability to take into account all aspects of our client's business.
This allows us to design Training Courses that increase or improve specific measurable results in target areas.
Some target areas include customer service, performance, morale, sales, employer/employee relations, efficiency, knowledge, and business growth.
Courses are also designed to maximize the effectiveness for each participant.
All classes are facilitated by certified trainers, with a minimum of five years training experience.
Courses can be designated as either "Target Training", "Multiple Focus" or "Stand Alone" training courses.

Target Training Courses
“Target Training” courses such as safety, sexual harassment, or guest service are used for a specifically focused lesson that can be effectively facilitated in 2 hours.
Target Training Courses generally have the most significant and immediate measurable results.
Multiple Focus Courses
“Multiple Focus” courses are classes than contain information on more than one topic.
Generally, these courses are not effective in one or two hours and require half-day or full-day participation in order to benefit participants.
The Length of each course is determined by the amount of material(s) to be addressed, and the amount of measurable effectiveness the client hopes to achieve.
For most introductory courses that encompass multiple topics, full day training courses are recommended.
Such topics may include overall orientation to facilities, individual job descriptions, employee responsibilities, limited guest service focus, grooming and safety standards, and general policies and procedures.
Stand Alone Courses
Courses can also be designed for a client enabling the client to have their own training staff facilitate a course. This is considered a “Stand Alone” course.
Any course designed for a client to have as a “Stand Alone” class shall become the property of the client.
In order to maximize effectiveness, “Stand Alone” courses require a three-step process.
First, the trainer will facilitate the course with the client’s trainer as a participant.
Second, the trainer will co-facilitate with the client’s trainer.
Third, the client’s trainer will facilitate the course with the trainer evaluating.
