Secret Shopper Evaluations consist of anonymous site visits as a guest or client and observing specific examples of interactions with staff.

The focus of an evaluation can range from guest relations and service, property conditions, efficiency of staff, ease of use of facilities, signage effectiveness, to any additional observations that may be deemed helpful.

All staff interactions are recorded and staff identified by name, when possible, or by description so that clients can identify individuals.

We provide as much detail in our reports as possible giving our clients the best overall picture available.

All information presented is considered proprietary and confidential, and is used solely at the discretion of clients.
